At One to One: Women Coaching Women, we offer professional pro bono life coaching to all women. We are committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where the power of professional life coaching is accessible to every woman.
To us, 'all women and 'every woman' encompasses anyone who identifies as a woman, embracing the full spectrum of womanhood in all its diversity. Our services are designed with the understanding that identity is personal and deeply felt, acknowledging that our community is enriched by the varied experiences and perspectives of all who join us.

What is Life Coaching?
Life coaching is a goal-oriented process that is grounded in the belief that everyone is whole and the answers they need are already within them. We meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to be.
Each woman comes to OtO with her own unique experiences, talents and challenges.
Every OtO coach is a trained, experienced, professional coach who adheres to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics and Core Competencies.

What to expect
OtO ensures every woman can work with an experienced and professionally trained life coach. When you work with one of our coaches, you will have the opportunity to turn your dreams and desires into practical, realistic, and achieveable goals.
We offer up to eight months of free coaching on the phone or via Zoom or Skype to women with an annual income of under $70K. For women with some ability to pay, we also offer referrals to coaches who offer sliding scale fees in their private practices.
As a client, you will work with one of our coaches to identify and achieve specific goals - goals that are determined by you.
